The Centre for Drama, Theatre & Performance Studies (CDTPS) faculty member Andrew Kushnir has been named one of the 2023 artists of the year by The Globe and Mail.

Kushnir is directing this year's CDTPS DRM403 Mainstage Show The Trials by Dawn King that runs from March 7 to 10, 2024. The play examines the current climate emergency and intergenerational conflict as a group of young people act as jurors and judge the generations before them that have left a legacy of environmental issues.
