GUESS THEE – Interactive theatre guessing game

Description: This is an interactive theatre guessing game. The host will provide two contestants lines from well-known plays and they will compete to see who can first guess the following: the title of the play, the author, and the name of the character who spoke the line. We invite our peers in the Centre for Drama, Theatre and Performance Studies to guess along with us in the live chat.

TRUES N' BLUES: The Race to Convocation - virtual tabletop game 

Description: The COVID-19 pandemic is upon us. The precariousness of the times is a cause for widespread grief and those who are most vulnerable are dealing with the greatest loss. In this period of self-isolation and quarantine, we’re offering laughter and connection through virtual gaming. And hopefully, a resolve to keep keepin’ on and help others to the best of one’s ability

What: Virtual Tabletop Game

Who: The Gamer Girlz (and Uri) 
•    Saja Zeid Kilani - co-creator - is a super nervous player. She is known for her straight As and straight attendances. The virus has ruined her streak and she is even more worried that it might also come in between her longing dream of convocation

• Uri Livne-Bar - co-creator - hosts game competitions to make friends turn into bitter rivals. Outside of streaming he can be found in his bunker assembling smoked meat sandwiches and waiting.
• Tuhi Sen - co-creator - is temporarily coming out of hibernation specifically for this showdown. Her deep slumber has, perhaps paradoxically, taught her a lot about survival strategy.
• Erin Whyland - co-creator - is a defensive player. Known for going after her competitors with gusto she has earned the name Carole Baskin within her gaming community.

Each project is 20-30 minutes long.
